Med Bill Check has no accounts and stores nothing about you. A request carries only what you type, such as a billing code, a state, an amount or the details for a letter. We use it to answer that one request and don't keep it, log it or link it to you.
Letters are written in the moment and sent back to you. We never send, file or share them. Please avoid putting anything in a request that you would not want in a letter.
Medicare rates come from CMS public data at data.cms.gov. When we look up a rate or a hospital, only the billing codes, the words you searched, the hospital name and the state or city are sent to CMS. Nothing that identifies you is sent.
The site runs on Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs under the Cloudflare privacy policy. No tracking, ads or profiles.
